Justin and Carolina decided on a beautiful Catholic ceremony and reception in the San Ramon Area for 200 friends and family. I met this beautiful couple through Liz and Jesse Olivar, whose wedding I also had the privilege of shooting — Liz and Justin are cousins and that should have been my first clue that this wedding would be special.

I have never worked with a more supportive wedding party. The love and support that Justin and Carolina have from their friends and family was made evident by the fact that they were present every step of the way. Their friends and family stepped in to handle the details of the engagement parties, showed up to their engagement photo shoot, and helped create a beautiful reception. It is clear that this couple is loved and held dear by the people around them.

Justin’s aunts and uncles walked him down the aisle, caring for him and honoring them in place of his parents, who are no longer with us. During the parents’ dance, Carolina’s mom stepped in to dance with her new son-in-law, demonstrating once again that this couple is well-loved by their close-knit family. A photo of Justin’s parents was prominently displayed at the wedding, and no doubt they would have been proud to see their children loved so well on their big day.

Carolina was an absolutely stunning bride, and her gorgeous hair complimented her beautiful dress and veil, complete with a gorgeous, sparkling hair piece. The flowers were lovely, with white being set off by pops of red and pink that complimented the blush gowns worn by the bridesmaids.

Being part of this couple’s special day was a true honor — it is wonderful to see two people who love one another so much, and who are so clearly loved by all those around them as well. What a beautiful wedding! Congratulations, Justin and Carolina! Here’s to many more years of happiness to come.
