I haven’t been trying too many new recipes lately, but now that the weather if finally starting to turn I got the urge to bake something. I tried out this recipe for pumpkin cookies, and it was a winner! They’re super soft, and the actual cookie part isn’t too sweet. I could add cream cheese frosting to just about anything and like it so I was all for adding the sweet icing. The only change I made was that I didn’t thin out the frosting with as much milk as it calls for.
This is a great easy recipe to bring to holiday parties this season. I made them a couple of hours before a pumpkin carving get together.
